I’m not a big tea drinker but I always enjoy a glass of rum when I am out with friends or on a weekend getaway. The good thing about drinking a lot of rum is that I never get drunk. It is a good way to get rid of body-consciousness, but don’t let that fool you. It is also a great way to relieve stress. I like to start my day with rum and then work through the rest of my day.
Rum is a great stress reliever. The only thing that really gets me drunk is beer, so I have a rule to only have half a glass of beer or rum on a Saturday night. I’m not sure if all rum is the same though, as I have found that the one with the most rum in it is the one that makes me most anxious, but it does help with the stress.

I’m glad you mentioned that, but I have a rule that everyone will drink one drink, too. It doesn’t even matter what type of drink you have, you will get into your own mind, so you don’t need to spend a ton of time thinking about drinking.
I think I would just try drinking tea. I know it helps to relieve stress, but I dont think I have any other choice. Its really hard to choose a stress reliever, because there are so many. But i can definately tell people that its the stress reliever that they will enjoy.
